Your LinkedIn post saves are your content. We just organise them for you.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

We don't sell your data. Ever.

By creating a Tidesa account or using any Tidesa service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Tidesa. These Terms apply to all users of Tidesa including visitors, registered users and subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tidesa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Tidesa is a LinkedIn knowledge management platform that captures, summarises and organises LinkedIn posts you save. Tidesa provides: — A Chrome browser extension that captures posts you save on LinkedIn — An AI-powered library that summarises and organises your saved posts — A weekly digest of your saved content — Tools to create LinkedIn content from your saves — Free standalone LinkedIn tools available without an account Tidesa requires a paid subscription after the free trial period ends. Features vary by subscription plan.

Tidesa offers a 7-day free trial for all new accounts. The following conditions apply to the free trial: — A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged during the trial period. — The free trial is available once per LinkedIn account. The same LinkedIn profile URL cannot be used to start a new free trial under a different email address. — If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. — At the end of the trial, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. — Pro plan subscribers receive 50% off their first month after the trial ($9.99). This discount applies to the first billing cycle only. — Team and Work plan subscribers are charged the full plan price after the trial ends. — Tidesa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

Tidesa offers the following subscription plans: Pro — $19.99/month or $199.99/year (individual use, unlimited saves) Team — $49.99/month or $499.99/year (up to 3 people) Work — $79.99/month or $799.99/year (up to 5 people), $149.99/month or $1,499.99/year (up to 10 people) Billing terms: — Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis — All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Tidesa does not store your payment card details. — Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date — You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. — No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law — Tidesa reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Tidesa captures content from your LinkedIn account via the Chrome extension. By using Tidesa you confirm that: — You are the owner of the LinkedIn account registered with Tidesa — You will not use Tidesa to capture content from LinkedIn accounts you do not own or have permission to access — Each Tidesa subscription is tied to one LinkedIn account. The registered LinkedIn URL can be changed once within 2 days of subscription start. — Team and Work plan seats are each tied to individual LinkedIn accounts belonging to team members — You will not attempt to circumvent the one-trial-per-LinkedIn-account restriction by impersonating another user's LinkedIn profile Tidesa is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation.

You agree not to use Tidesa to: — Violate any applicable laws or regulations — Infringe the intellectual property rights of others — Harvest or collect data from other users without their consent — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Tidesa systems or other users' accounts — Use automated means to access or scrape Tidesa beyond normal usage — Impersonate another person or entity — Circumvent subscription limits or trial restrictions through fraudulent means — Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of Tidesa Tidesa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Content you save: — LinkedIn posts captured by Tidesa remain the intellectual property of their original authors — You are responsible for ensuring your use of saved content complies with LinkedIn's terms of service and applicable copyright law — Tidesa does not claim ownership of any LinkedIn posts you save AI-generated content: — Summaries, key insights and drafts generated by Tidesa's AI are provided for your personal use — Tidesa does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content — You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it Tidesa platform: — All Tidesa software, design, branding and original content is owned by Tidesa and protected by intellectual property law — You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of Tidesa without written permission

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. Key points: — We collect your email address, LinkedIn URL and usage data to provide the service — LinkedIn post content you save is processed by AI to generate summaries and insights — We do not sell your personal data to third parties — You can request deletion of your account and data at any time through account settings — Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure By using Tidesa you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Tidesa integrates with third party services including: — Stripe for payment processing — Supabase for database and authentication — Anthropic Claude for AI summarisation — Resend for email delivery — Notion (optional user integration) — Zapier (optional user integration) Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party terms of service. Tidesa is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third party services.

Tidesa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: — Tidesa will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure — AI-generated summaries and insights will be accurate or complete — LinkedIn content captured will always reflect the original post accurately To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidesa's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim. Tidesa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Upon cancellation: — Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — You will lose access to your saved posts library and AI summaries when your subscription ends — You may export your data before cancellation using the Notion export feature Tidesa may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if: — You breach these Terms of Service — You engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour — You attempt to circumvent trial or subscription restrictions Upon termination by Tidesa for breach, no refund will be provided.

Tidesa reserves the right to: — Modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time — Change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers — Update these Terms at any time with notice posted on the website We will notify existing subscribers of material changes by email where possible. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
